DesignLine Studio LLC was founded in Dubai by Jalal Hussain and Khizar Abbas — two industry professionals who shared a bold vision: to create a design and engineering firm where stunning aesthetics and technical precision are never compromised.

What started as a small consultancy has grown into one of the UAE's most respected interior design and MEP engineering firms. Over the past 20 years, we have delivered 700+ projects — from intimate residential spaces and luxury villas to large-scale corporate offices, five-star restaurants, and branded retail showrooms.

Our secret is simple — we bring design and engineering under one roof. While most firms treat these as separate disciplines, our interior designers and MEP engineers collaborate from day one.
